Using A Third-Party Gift CardUpdated 3 days ago

A third-party gift card is a form of payment (like an eftpos card). If your cart total is below the value on your gift card, simply finalise your transaction by adding the details to the credit card fields at the checkout (use expiry found on their website). The total will be deducted from your gift card and the remaining balance used another time.

If your cart total is above the value on your gift card, we currently don't accept split payments, this includes the Ultimate Gift Card. Here is our solution around this:

Step 1. Select a The Memo Digital Gift Card for the value on your gift card and add it to cart.

Step 2. At the checkout, using the gift card you have as payment, finalise the purchase.

Step 3. The Digital Gift Card from The Memo will arrive in your email inbox. Take note of the voucher number.

Step 4. Jump back on the website and add your items to cart. At the checkout, put your new The Memo voucher number (from step 3) into the discount code field and then finalise your transaction with your second form of payment (VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay etc).
